The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easily accessible. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful employees. the shuttle service provided to the nearby stadium was a great perk, making attending the game hassle-free.

There was some noise from the ongoing updates being done to the hotel, although the staff did their best to accommodate for it. Additionally, the showers could use some updated fixtures.

The lobby decor was impressive and modern, creating a great first impression. the restaurant had a friendly staff and a delicious menu, making dining a pleasant experience. the rooms were clean, spacious, and provided all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, right off the highway, making it easy to navigate the area.

One of the front desk staff gave incorrect information about the complimentary shuttle service, causing me to wait for an extended period of time and ultimately making me late for an important meeting.

Additionally, the hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, and the bartender and lobby were both inviting and comfortable. The fresh water with different fruit groups each day was a nice touch, and the male hostess at the restaurant had a great personality and was not pushy with upselling. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, and the balcony added an extra touch of luxury. The manager upon check-in was kind and ensured we had a luggage cart right away. The housekeeping staff was accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.
